Primary elections in Minnesota will occur on Tuesday, August 13, 2024. The advanced voter registration deadline is right around the corner. Want to save time at the polls on Election Day? Here’s what you need to know:
- The primary election is on Tuesday, August 13.
- The advanced voter registration deadline is Tuesday, July 23.
- In-person voter registration is available at early voting locations before Election Day or at your polling place on Election Day. Be sure to bring proof of residence like a valid Minnesota driver’s license. You can find a list of acceptable IDs on the Secretary of State’s website.
Make sure your are registered to vote in the Minnesota primary election by July 23rd.
