Copy Center Reminders

Here are a few reminders about our copy center processes for the Winona Campus. If you have any questions, please contact the HelpDesk at 507-457-7800.

~For IT Copy Center services, please email helpdesk@smumn.edu and attach your documents.
If you require printing of SENSITIVE INFORMATION, please indicate that on your request and do not attach the information. We will reach out directly to you. If you have hardcopy materials, please indicate that on your request and drop off the materials at the HelpDesk.

~IT Copy Center service requests are processed Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. A 24 hour lead time is required; however, if possible we will turn things around faster. Extended lead time, especially for large or complex projects, is very much appreciated to ensure sufficient time for completion of your projects.

~Self-service printing, copying, and scanning is always available in the common area adjoining the HelpDesk window. There is no charge for printing; however, we ask that you practice responsible stewardship of university resources.

~If you can print your job at your default printer, please do so, as the costs associated with local printing have greatly decreased over the years. The cost per sheet is so minimal that it is more efficient for everyone involved.
