Student Senate Meeting Minutes

President Garrett Rotzien called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

- March 27th from 6-8pm on the 3rd floor of Saint Mary’s Hall Fashion Club, BSA, and ASA will be hosting an event Threads of Heritage Show. They are looking for money for Chartwells Catering, food, water, ice cream, and ice.

- Next school year the club is hoping to get money for BSA bingo, BBQ, selfcare bingo, 3 movie nights, friendsgiving, and game nights. This club has a lot of student involvement and is hoping to be the same next school year!

Yoga Club for 26-27 School Year: $1,974
- Next school year the yoga club is looking for money for their professional yoga instructors. Additionally, they are hoping to use some of this money to get ankle weights, new lights, and new yoga mats. There are 80 members in the club, with 20 students actively coming to the sessions on Monday and Wednesdays.

- Next school year the sustainability club is looking for money for tote bags to paint, packs of iron patches, plants and seeds, wooden signs, prizes, Fireside advertisements and other items that may be needed.

- Easter Egg Decorating – March 31 @ 4:30pm in HC120.

Angel Garcia: Why is the turf locked during the day? People are looking to use it when not in use.
Maggie Albers: 2 washers in RSM are broken.
Nozomi Osada: On Thursday, March 19th in Toner 9 there will be an informational session for a study abroad trip to Italy for May of 2027.
Amanda Siemienas: Can the RAC have earlier hours on the weekend?
Maggie Albers: Can the pool hours be updated on the door and online?
