Access Services: Student Testing Form Update

The Access Services Student Testing Form has been updated to include a new question. The new question reads, “Length of Test: Please indicate the length of time the professor  is allowing you to take the quiz/exam. Example: 50 minutes, 75 minutes, or other if it is a quiz.” This question is a short answer question. This question replaces the former question of length of class period as we felt that the question was irrelevant to the testing form. This new question will help us better prepare accommodations for students taking quizzes or exams in the Access Services Testing Center.
