Starting July 30, 2024, due to a mandate by the Federal Communications Commission all calls within the 507 area code region will require 10-digit dialing. This means you must include the area code when giving out your phone number or making any local calls. For example, instead of dialing 457-1402, you must dial the full 10-digit number, such as 507-457-1402, to complete the call. Calls with only 7 digits will no longer go through as of 7/30/2024.
4 digit dialing between campuses will continue to work.
