Excel Energy is offering a one-time $5000 scholarship for low-income students of color in specific majors at one of the Minnesota Private Colleges. The deadline is Friday, September 23, 2022. The application profile is attached. To apply, you must go to this link.
Eligibility criteria:
- Demonstrated financial need
- Sophomore or junior
- Student of color
- Approved majors: Accounting, Communications, Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, Math
- Attend one of the Minnesota Private Colleges and Universities
- Minnesota resident – home residence must be in Xcel Energy Service Area
