Students from all majors, as well as faculty and staff, are welcome to attend the 2nd Annual Women’s Leadership Dialogue and Luncheon with Rhoda Olsen, current Vice Chair of the Board and former President and CEO of Great Clips, Inc. Rhoda will join Dr. Michelle Wieser, Dean of the School of Business and Technology, for a discussion on the role of women leaders in organizations. A complimentary sit-down lunch will be provided. The event is Monday, October 30 at 12:15 p.m. in the President’s Lounge of Toner Center. Registration in Handshake is required by this Friday, October 27.
Rhoda has more than 35 years of executive leadership experience through her various positions at Great Clips, including a deep understanding of what makes successful organizations work. She also has experience in human resources, business leadership, and consulting with various leading companies, including Land O’ Lakes. Rhoda has been highly engaged with Saint Mary’s, and we are thrilled that she will be joining us for this event. She is an inspirational leader and a wonderful storyteller! This dialogue will examine the challenges faced and successes achieved along her career journey, infusing real-world knowledge for students. We will allow time for open questions and conversation.
