Women’s History Month Data Byte

In honor of Women’s History Month, this week’s data byte from the Office of Institutional Effectiveness highlights the presence and contributions of women at the University.  Saint Mary’s became a coeducational institution in 1969.  Now, women represent 55% of the student body at the College and 71% of the student body at the Schools of Graduate and Professional Programs.  Additionally, 58% of faculty are women and 54% of staff are women.  Saint Mary’s is no doubt enriched by the perspective of so many female students, faculty, and staff across the University.
