Since the early 1870’s to the present, we have had over 50 women run for President of the United States. These courageous individuals shaped our republic with leadership, charisma, and policy. Many of these vital changes to our democracy do not get covered in our history books.
In this presentation, you will see why women continue to make a difference in our politics and our world.
- Who are these phenomenal women leaders?
- How have women been represented in presidential elections to date?
- What are the historical challenges for women running for our highest office?
- Has progress been made?
(This is NOT a political endorsement for the women of either major party currently running, nor any third party)
