Knights of Columbus Brother Elzear Council 5202 in Winona has been awarded the distinction of Star Council, the international organization’s top honor for local councils. This is the third year since the council’s restart that the fraternity has earned this distinction. It is the second year the Knights were also given the triple distinction with the award, meaning that its membership growth exceeded 300% of its quota.
