Schultz graduated from Georgetown University with a BA in Economics, completed her MHA at the University of Minnesota, and received her Interdisciplinary Doctorate in Education in Leadership from Creighton University. She was recently awarded the Minnesota Hospital Association (MHA) Spirit of Advocacy Award.
