The Winona campus flu shot clinic will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2022 from 7:30 am to 11:00 am in Toner 14 for employees and their families. To eliminate long lines and large gatherings, please sign up for a flu shot time in advance here. For those who are not signed up for a reserved time, you may need to wait for an available nurse.
A few additional reminders:
- Complete the Consent Form and bring it to your appointment.
- Bring your insurance card with you or cash to pay for your flu shot.
- Only one employee will be allowed in the room at a time.
- Physical distancing measures must be observed while waiting for your assigned time.
- Masks are required to be worn.
Homeland Health accepts the following insurances (they will bill your health plan):
- Aetna
- Cigna
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- HealthPartners
- Medica
- PreferredOne
- United Healthcare
If you don’t have one of the insurances listed, you are welcome to purchase a Flu shot the day of the clinic for $40, FluMist (if available) $45 or Senior Dose (65+) $70.
