Greetings and salutations! Your friends at Instructional Technology wanted to share a brief update with you about the upcoming spring semester. This is a note for both College SP23 and SGPP SP23 Term 1.
All term-prefixed fall courses (i.e. SP23COLLEGE_PH111, SP23SGPP_MED615) will be available in Canvas on Monday, December 5th. This is four-five weeks before the start of the spring terms. Read more on the course provisioning process here.
Between now and then the recommendation is to update your content in an aligned main course shell (i.e., MAIN_PH111). This way, any updates you make in the main shell will automatically be carried over to the term-prefixed course on 12/5. If you need a prior term-prefixed course back copied into a main for preservation/updates please click this link to read more and submit a request. We ask that all back copies are requested no later than 11/25.
Reminder, all SP23 courses will be available in Canvas on Monday, December 5th.
