Soon it will be time to go to the polls.  Voting may seem a bit scary if you’ve never done it before, so here’s some information that might help.

  1.  If you are a student living on-campus, take your student ID with you to the poll at River Bluff Church (up the hill on Highway 14).  We will have vans going to that polling location at 12:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.  We will leaving from the front of the Toner Student Center.
  2. Register to vote with one of the poll workers who will be at long tables as you enter.
  3. Get your ballot and head to the voting booth.  You can see a sample ballot here.  Just type in 55987 for the zip code and 700 Terrace Heights for the address.
  4. Mark your ballot.
  5. Deposit your ballot in the machine that will electronically scan and record your vote.
  6. Get your “I voted” sticker.
  7. Pat yourself on the back because you have just made your voice heard.

Now, you know the process.  Go to the polls and vote!!!
