Saint Mary’s is fortunate to have a live Helpdesk team ready to support Canvas needs.
The Helpdesk will always be the “go-to” for support. While Saint Mary’s has access to 24/7 Canvas Support, they are unable to help with issues outside of Canvas. The Helpdesk is also the “go-to” for students as well. Issues sent back to the helpdesk include but are not limited to:
- Email reset
- Computer/hard drive issues
- Password resets
- Third-party tools

The Educational Technology team is also available for support. EdTech’s primary focus is providing support in using Canvas effectively.
The best way to know who to contact for Canvas support is, “Is this a technical issue?” If so, contact the helpdesk. For questions like, “How do I…?” contact Educational Technology. firstname.lastname@example.org
