Join the Student Activities Committee (SAC) for an outdoor movie night on Friday, Oct. 1, at 9 p.m.
SAC will be showing the movie, “Crazy Rich Asians.” According to Rotten Tomatoes, “With a terrific cast and a surfeit of visual razzle dazzle, ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ takes a satisfying step forward for screen representation while deftly drawing inspiration from the classic — and still effective — rom-com formula.”
Be sure to bring along some blankets and chairs, if you have them. The movie will be shown in St. Ed’s Field, the field next to the Toner Student Center, near Vlazny Hall. All students, staff, faculty, and Saint Mary’s community members are welcome to join. SAC is also providing a “candy bar” for all to enjoy while they watch the movie. If there is rain or inclement weather, the movie will be shown in the Common Room (third floor of Saint Mary’s Hall).
