We are aware that the registration link for the COVID-19 vaccine booster clinic has not been functioning. Hy-Vee has not been able to fix the registration link for the clinic scheduled for Fri., Jan. 21, 2022. As a result, students do not need to pre-register for the clinic. Slots for the clinic are every 15 minutes beginning at 9:00 a.m. and continuing until 2:00 p.m. Please come to the clinic when your schedule permits. It is being held in the gymnasium lobby. We encourage you to obtain a COVID-19 vaccine booster if you have not already done so.
When you come to the clinic, please bring an ID and your insurance card, if you have one. You can also bring your COVID-19 vaccination card, but are not required to do so. When you arrive, you will be required to sign a consent form for the COVID-19 vaccine booster.
