World Mental Health Day is recognized for global mental health education, awareness, and advocacy against stigma surrounding mental health.
Mental Health is a state of mental well-being that enables and allows individuals to cope with stressors in life, realize their potentials and abilities, and contribute to their community.
There are many positive ways to cope with stressors including connecting and spending time with family and friends, exercising, spending time in nature, meditation, yoga, practicing mindfulness and gratitude.
There are also resources available including in person counseling sessions, Uwill teletherapy and wellness programs, and READY™ self-guided wellness programs. To schedule an appointment with counseling services or to book a room for teletherapy appointments, please email email@example.com.
