The Spring 2023 Course Offering – Winona Campus

The Spring 2023 course offering is now live in “The Nest”. Please use the instructions below to access the course offering. This document also provides the instructions with additional reference photos. 

1. Log into “The Nest” – faculty.smumn.edu
2. Click on “Employee”
3. Scroll down to find the “Faculty and Staff Links”. Click on “College Course Schedule”.
4. Ensure to change the Term to “SP2023 : 2023-2024 Academic Year – Spring”.
5. In order to view the day/time of courses, please click on “Course Schedule”.
   • As students register for courses, the “Official Enrollment” and “Maximum Enrollment” will update in order to view the current capacity of each course. 
   • Please note – this is a different view that what students will see when searching for courses. This is the Faculty / Staff view. 
   • At the top, you can filter the course offering by department code or instructor.

Please note the course offering may change slightly. If you have any questions or concerns on the course offering, please contact the Registrar’s office.
