● Dinner at Father Burn’s home on April 4th, at 6 pm.
● Please fill out the Senator and Executive of the Year Google form. Both of these forms close tomorrow at 11:59 pm.
● If you haven’t already, please sign the three thank you cards for Dennis, Alison, and Olivia. These are the individuals we worked closely with during “Day at the Capitol”.
Joel Tranel, Vice President of Financial Affairs
● It is Budget Season.
● 5 budgets next week.
● We would like to have a $10,000 cushion if we can for future admissions.

● Sent out an email about club leadership information for next year, for the club leaders to fill out and send to RISE.

Nick Kiemel, Vice President of Campus Affairs
● Still working on finding equipment for the gym and furniture for Cardinal Coffee.
Noah Kiemel, Vice President of Media and Communications
● The Presidential Election was today. Will be going over the results soon.
● Executive Board petitions are still available. Reach out to Noah for a petition.
● You do not need to have Senate experience to run.
Maddi Clark, Vice President of Administrative Affairs
● If you have an event, it is your responsibility to ensure everything is setup. If you have any questions or need help, then you can reach out to me.
● When you have an event, you can have anyone from your class there to help you out. It does not have to be just the Class Officers.
● If you are planning on doing the Baseball or Softball concession please come and let me know your dates. If you are planning on doing more fundraisers please come talk to me.
Leah Parker, Vice President of Multicultural Affairs
● Nothing to report.
Ann Merchlewitz, Advisor
● Student Satisfaction Survey Inventory was sent out so please fill that out. Encourage others to fill it out.
● If you have anyone who is thinking about running for Executive Board please have them reach out to Noah for petitions!
● I have photos of our almost approved signage if you would like to see them.
● Potentially business casual for the Father Burns dinner.

Freshman

Sophomore
● Nothing to report.
Junior
● The Pub event on Friday was a success
● Raised $120 and they met yearly goal.
Senior
● Nothing to report.
Senator Concerns:
● Executive board petitions are due on March 28th.
● Constitution and Bylaw rewrite- to be determined when they will be brought to the Senate.
