Meeting called to order by Vice President of Academic Affairs Jose Trejo at 7:00 p.m.

Yoga Club Special Request
Club is requesting money for more instructor sessions this year, the money last year did not cover as many sessions as the club had hoped for. They are also hoping for new yoga mats.
- We fund club instructor fees at 80%, and the club has requested 4 sessions at $40 a piece.
- Cannot request new yoga mats in special requests, must wait until budget season. Finance committee suggests $0 for yoga mats, $128 for instructor fees rounded up to $130.
- Motion to fund at the suggested amount of $130.
- Motion on the table is to fund the yoga club at the suggested amount of $130.
- Motion is passed.

I sent out the capital improvement forms, you may fill this out as ideas develop over the semester. This form stays within the senators

Hot wing challenge this Thursday at 7:30. Day of the Dead cookie decorating is Sunday in the Cardinal Club. Cardinal Fest volunteer sign up will be coming out soon. Blue Angel is this weekend, Friday at 7 p.m., and Saturday at 7 and 10 p.m. Go support fellow classmates.

I am working on updating the website, November 15 we will have headshots for the website, you must dress business casual. This will take place at 6:15, if you have a conflict beyond this you must email Anne ASAP. If you got a headshot at the career fair, you may send it to me and use that instead of taking part in the headshots on November 15.

- Lots close at 2 a.m. If you are an off campus vehicle you must register with Campus Safety.
