Executive Board Reports

Elijah Williams, President
Today was the executive board election. Results will be announced on Thursday in Saint Mary’s Today and those elected will be invited to the remaining executive board meetings for this academic year.

If senators could please RSVP for the senate banquet that would be greatly appreciated!

Mary Furlong, Vice President of Academic Affairs
I met with the Dean of the College last week. The topic of discussion was mostly the student concerns that were addressed in the forum tonight. This information will be accessible in Saint Mary’s today. Also, I got a quote for donuts and coffee and will be working with Joseph on funding this for faculty appreciation week. I am also working to get a list of all faculty so we can make sure each one gets a thank you card.

Joseph Schauf, Vice President of Financial Affairs
Next week will be the last week of budget hearings.

Jonathon Krull, Vice President of Public Affairs and Acting Vice President of Campus Affairs
Students have the ability to order additional COVID tests through the state and federal governments.

External guests are once again allowed in the dorms, no overnight visitors though.

We are awaiting a meeting on our final capital improvements for this year, fingers crossed we can vote on them next week.

We have officially ordered the air hockey table; it will be here in 6 – 10 weeks.
