The meeting was called to order by President Maggie Newhouse at 7:00 p.m.

Resolution 008: Leg Press/ Curl Machine
● These are separate leg press / curl machines in the cardio room.
● $6,180 is the cost for the machine, delivery, placement in the room, and the removal of
the old machines.

Resolution 009: Belt Squat Machine
● New belt squat machine to be placed in the main gym. It would be next to the leg press machines.
● It will cost $2,400 for the machine, delivery, placing in the room, and removal of the old machine.

Executive Board Reports

Maggie Newhouse, President
● The Senate Banquet is tomorrow at 6 pm in Toner Lounge. The dress code is business professional. Each of you will be given two drink tickets with your name tag. If you are under 21, you will have a red dot on your name tag.
● This is an opportunity for you all to converse well with the faculty and your senators.
● Please sign the card for Father Burns. We want to thank him for inviting us into his home last week. Even if you did not attend, please still sign the card.
● Please try and make an appearance at either the mixer on Friday or the Benefit Dance on Saturday evening.
● We will need senators to work our Plazapalooza table. Check your email for a sign-up sheet.

● We have 4 more budgets left for the semester.

Sam Frick, Vice President of Academic Affairs
● Thank you notes for staff: April 15-16th
● Please look out for a spreadsheet with sign up times to table

Paige Morris, Vice President of Student Affairs
● Please show up to support at the Benefit Dance on Saturday

● Nothing to report.

Nick Kiemel, Vice President of Campus Affairs
● Still trying to find furniture for Cardinal Coffee. He is still trying to meet with Dave to figure that out.

Noah Kiemel, Vice President of Media and Communications
● Nothing to report.

Maddi Clark, Vice President of Administrative Affairs
● Baseball games this Saturday. Sophomore class officers will be selling hotdogs, chips, and water.

Leah Parker, Vice President of Multicultural Affairs
● Nothing to report.

Ann Merchlewitz, Advisor
● Cap and gowns will be put in the mailboxes this week.
● The First Destination Survey has been sent out for Seniors. Please fill that out.

● The blue emergency lights will be removed on campus because the technology is old and they are not being used. First-year students and transfer students will now be providd with the Campus Safety number to put in their phones.
