President Garrett Rotzien called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

- Golf Club is looking to use this money to buy range balls for a driving range to use at the local golf courses. They have about 30 members that are looking to go to these events.

Amanda Bauer: Associate Director of the Fitzgerald Library
- Amanda asked for positive and negative feedback for the library on campus. Members of Senate gave her a lot of feedback that we enjoy and thoughts for improvement. More information to come at a later date!
Accounting Club Budget for 26-27 School Year: $700
- Accounting Club is hoping to get money for their Portfolio Subscription to manage their stocks and food for next school year.

- Club Hockey is looking for money for a road case to travel with to keep their equipment in, Sparx skate sharpener, ACHA dues, website subscription, team bonding events, snacks for away games, soap, referees, trainers, and a UHaul to bring along to away games to bring their bags.

- Class registration started. Seniors and juniors are done, sophomores tomorrow and freshmen on Thursday.
- Housing registration is on Monday for senior and junior standing and Tuesday for sophomore and freshmen standing. Registration dates and times were sent out yesterday.

- Eboard petitions are available now through Thursday, so please email me if you are interested in running for any of the Eboard spots!
- The Executive Board elections will be held on April 7th!
Lizzie Pike, Vice President of Administrative Affairs
- Thank you to everyone who supported the junior class officers at their St. Patrick’s Day Trivia fundraiser!
- The PR and Business Club will be hosting the Young Entrepreneurs Speakers on April 9th from 12:15-1:15pm in the Toner Lounge. There will be young business speaking, along with free steak salad and cheesecake for lunch! Sign up on the QR code is posted around campus and in the Saint Mary’s Today.
- If you’re interested in having a club table at Plazapoolza make sure to sign up by Friday!
JJ Garcia, Vice President of Multicultural Affairs
- The Immigrant Defense Network will be hosting a Constitutional Observers Workshop on March 31, 2026, from 5:00–7:00 PM on campus.
- Grilled Cheese and Grad School – Thursday March 26 @12:15 in SM Common Room.
- Fashion Club, ASA, and BSA will be having the Threads of Heritage Fashion Show on March 27 in the Salvi Room, located on the 3rd floor of Saint Mary’s Hall.

- We will be selling hotdogs, chips, and drinks at the softball game on April 11th! Card/tap pay only!

Juniors
- We made $49 selling alcohol at Pub Trivia! Thank you everyone!
- Our next fundraiser will be selling alcohol at Plazapoolza from 6-9pm on April 24th!
Seniors
- We are working on planning Gaslight for the Spring right now!
Angel Garcia: On April 9th from 4:30-6:00pm the IHM Open House will be having tours, grill out, and yard games!
Amanda Siemienas: Why does it seem like sidewalks and parking lots are not being plowed after a snowstorm?
