The meeting was called to order by President Maggie Newhouse at 7:02 p.m.

Jadeyn Fellenz, Photography Club
- For students to have a safe space
- Teaches students how to use a camera and take photos
- Meet bi-monthly on Saturday at 7pm
- Gives lessons for how to edit photos and using cameras
- Collaborate with sports, clubs, and RISE to take photos for the different clubs ● Decent amount of people have cameras, but will share within the club

- 16 players going to NDSU, total of 4 rooms to fill
- Requested $930
– Motion made to fund at the suggested amount of $930 by Jacob Fiala – Seconded by Joey Dunn

- If you have a professional headshot, non-athletic that you would like for the website, please send that to Maeve. If you do not have one, I will set up a time for the Senate to go and get one taken.

- Email from Finance Club and will meet sometime next week
- Read the by-laws to review what Senate is about

- Wednesday Men’s soccer is home at 7pm
- Saturday CC is at Warburg for an Invitational, Women’s and Men’s soccer are away at Moorhead, and Volleyball is home at 4pm vs. St. Olaf
- Saturday is the Wiffle Ball tournament (come and join to support)
- Blue Angel is this weekend Friday (7pm) and Saturday (2pm and 8pm) Maeve Cannon, Vice President of Media and Communications
- Website names have been updated
- Reminder to fill out senator spotlights form for social media (I will email it to new people tonight)
