Status update on replacement student information systems

As part of Strategic Initiative 6B, Saint Mary’s is excited to have sent out a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a possible replacement of our current Student Information System(SIS)/Customer Relationship Management(CRM). Our current SIS is CAMS, and is most recognized by the Faculty and Student Portals. Our current CRM is TargetX run on top of Salesforce and is used in our admission process. This project is led by Tim Albers, Vice Provost for Enrollment Management and Tianna Johnson, Assistant Vice President for IT, and is supported by members of the ERP Leads committee. The RFP was shared with vendors on Sept. 23, and is due back by Oct. 25. Demos will be completed in November and early December and a preferred vendor will be selected by Jan. 1.
