The long anticipated updates to photos in the staff directory are now complete! If you took a new headshot during the scheduled photo days last month, you can view that photo in the directory here: https://www.smumn.edu/about/directory
Management of the staff directory is shared by HR and Marketing and Communications.
HR manages changes to:
- Job Titles
- Names
- Emails
- Phone Numbers
- Departments
- Removals or additions to the directory as a whole
Requests to update and change that information can be directed to HR via their change request form that is linked just below the directory search on the main directory page.
Marketing and Communication manages changes to:
- Which people show on academic or department pages
- Changes to photos
Change requests for that information can be directed to the web team via the Site Feedback form that is linked at the bottom of all pages on the smumn.edu website.
