SMUMN Phone Assessment for E911

In response to FCC Ray Baum’s Act, which states that all phones must provide automated dispatchable location for all 911 calls, SMUMN Information Systems Department will be sending out a student worker to double check all on-campus phones to make sure these phones are correctly set for 911 calls. Starting next week please be aware this student will go through all buildings and offices on the Winona Campus to check phones. A member of the IT staff will also be visiting phones on the TC Campus.
