SMUMN Benefit Dance Committee is seeking our ‘27 beneficiary!

In 2001, a dedicated group of Saint Mary’s students came together to fulfill the wishes of a young boy named Taylor Richmond. Taylor, who faced a terminal illness, simply wanted to meet Mickey Mouse and dance at prom with his best friend. By uniting our campus, those students made his dreams a reality—and in doing so, they began a profound legacy at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. In the years that followed, the relentless pursuit of aiding each year’s beneficiary remained true among the club. Because of this unwavering commitment,  our club was able to successfully raise over $10,000 annually to provide critical relief to our beneficiaries and families during some of their most difficult moments. We are currently seeking nominations for this year’s recipient.
