Greetings and salutations! Your friends at Instructional Technology wanted to share a brief update with you about the upcoming fall term 2 semester. This is a note for only those teaching in SGPP Fall 22 Term 2.
Fall Term 2 courses will become available to instructors on Monday, September 26th.
We ask that your fall term 2 courses are published on Monday, October 10th. By publishing two weeks prior to the start of the term your learners have read access to your course materials to be ready prior to the first day of class.
As a reminder, fall term 2 starts the week of October 24th.Read more on the course provisioning process here.
Between now and then the recommendation is to update your content in an aligned main course shell (i.e., MAIN_PH111). This way, any updates you make in the main shell will automatically be carried over to the term-prefixed course on 9/26. If you need a prior term-prefixed course back copied into a main for preservation/updates please click this link to read more and submit a request. We ask that all back copies are requested no later than 9/20.
