The Financial Aid Office is seeking faculty and staff members who are willing to serve as Scholarship Committee members to review applications and make recipient decisions for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Applications for these scholarships will be blinded and a rubric for scoring will be provided to committee members. You can anticipate a maximum total of 2-4 hours for review-ranking/meeting per committee member.
Please email Joy Rockwell [jrockwel@smumn.edu] by this Friday, June 20th if you are interested in joining a committee, as well as if you have a preference of scholarship committee (with the exception of the St. Jude as we already have a wonderful alumni committee who fields these applications). Our hope is to have all scholarships reviewed and recipients selected no later than July 11th.
