Saint Mary’s Students Attend Law School Fair

Saint Mary’s students traveled to the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis on Oct. 3 to attend the Law School Fair in the Coffman Memorial Union. The event was sponsored by the Department of Business and Communication and the SMU Pre-law Society. Prof. Larry Price, the Pre-law advisor for Saint Mary’s, attended with 11 students. The Law Fair was attended by over 60 law schools from all over the country, and the SMU students in attendance were able to talk with their representatives. Lunch was provided by the SMU Department of Business and Communication. Next up for the Pre-law Society is the annual Mock Trial on Nov. 2 with Judge George Stephenson, a SMU alumnus.
