Routed in our Lasallian heritage, Saint Mary’s students engaged with the community to raise money for those in need. Lead by the Student Activities Committee and Colleges Against Cancer, students from the Winona Campus raised $535 for Alzheimer’s Research through the “Walk to End Alzheimers” event in Winona on Saturday, October 1. Eight students participated in the actual walk alongside 32 other teams fro the Winona community. Collectively, $66,163 was raised in support of Alzheimer’s research.
