Counseling Services
We have licensed Master level therapists including social workers, psychologists and clinical counselors available for in person and virtual appointments through Catholic Charities of Southeast Minnesota.
In person counseling appointments are available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8 a.m. -4:30 p.m. in the Jay Johnson Wellness Center.
Virtual counseling appointments are available Monday through Friday.

Identify yourself as a Saint Mary’s University Student.
For students who do not have a “private” room but are attending a virtual counseling session and would like privacy, they can contact the Wellness Center via email to reserve a private room for their session. They should bring their own device if they have one.
Health Services
Health Services are provided through a collaborative relationship with Winona Health. Staff are able to diagnose, treat, and write prescriptions for common illnesses and injuries.
For minor illness/injury, management of certain chronic conditions, health education, vaccinations (including allergy injections), laboratory services (excluding COVID-19), off-campus referral, students may schedule an appointment with the Wellness Center .
For urgent/emergency situations, visit urgent care or the emergency room.
Appointments available typically Tuesday and Thursday from 1-4 p.m. Schedule may vary by week.
