The Residence Life Cup points were tallied for the month of September and the winning area was Hillside, Gilmore Creek and Saint Yon’s! The cup will be rotating between RA staff offices in those halls throughout the month of October.
The last week of September featured two activities. The residents of Brother William, Bishops, and LaSalle Halls won the point at the Women’s Soccer game/Crazy Creek Chair raffle. That win tied them with Gilmore Creek, Hillside, and Yon’s Halls. After a very close tiebreaking vote that was held in the plaza on September 30, HD Andrew’s and HD Sam’s area was victorious.
The competition for October begins tomorrow! On Thursday, October 6, head to the Res Life table in the Eatery between 5:00-7:00 p.m. as part of the SAC Fall Fest to try your hand at Pumpkin Ring Toss. The area with the highest turnout will earn the point. Then, check in with HD Maria by halftime of the men’s soccer game on Saturday, October 8. The game begins at 3:30pm.
