Students were reminded last week that they must report a positive COVID-19 test to email@example.com or through the COVID Reporting Form. If a student contacts you and indicates that they have tested positive for COVID-19, but you have not heard from Student Success about this student, please tell the student to report the positive test as outlined above. As part of the reporting process, the student needs to provide the date of the positive test and a copy of their positive test result or a photo of themselves with their positive at-home test result. Please do not provide accommodations to these students unless and until you hear from Student Success about them.
If the student tested positive from an at-home test or from an out-of-state testing site, the university is not automatically notified of those results.
