We encourage all employees to review their paycheck document to ensure any 2022 group benefit elections were carried over accurately. Please take a moment to review the details of your paystub by logging in to the Faculty/Staff portal. If you notice any errors, please email hr@smumn.edu.
Also, you should have already received your 2022 Blue Cross Blue Shield enrollment cards by mail. If you have not received new cards by January 31, 2022, please contact Blue Cross customer service at (866) 873-5493. If needed, you can print a copy of your new card from the Blue Cross website www.bluecrossmnonline.com to use until your card arrives.
