As our partnership with Sharecare concludes, we strongly encourage you to redeem points as they are earned, preferably before the end of the year (12/31/23). This allows for maximum flexibility in choosing incentives and helps avoid confusion after the program ends.
As the program is drawing to a close on December 31, 2023, we encourage the completion of any remaining activities, including the RealAge Test*
How to Redeem Points:
- Log in to Sharecare and select the Achieve icon.
- Click on Rewards and choose your reward program.
- Navigate to the Rewards tab and select Redeem My Points to access the marketplace.
- Choose your desired reward.
Remember, you can claim your reward up to 30 days after the program ends. Simply visit the Rewards section by clicking on the Achieve tab. On the website, select Ended and continue. If you’re using the Sharecare app, click on the drop-down menu next to Active and select Ended.
If you have five or more points left 31 days after the program ends, you’ll receive a Visa e-gift card sent from email@example.com to your registered email address. You then have 30 days to claim this e-gift card. For any questions or support, please call the number on the back of your Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota member ID card, contact Sharecare customer service directly at 1-800-268-5703, or visit support.you.sharecare.com and click “Submit a Request”.
