This is a reminder that the flu shot clinic for the Minneapolis campus will be held on Wednesday, September 14 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in LSH 206 for employees and their families. To eliminate long lines and large gatherings, please sign up for a flu shot time in advance here. For those who do not sign up for a reserved time, you will need to wait until the nurse has availability.
A few additional reminders:
- Complete the Consent Form and bring it to your appointment.
- Bring your insurance card or cash to pay for your flu shot. Click here for a list of covered insurance carriers.
- Only one employee will be allowed in the room at a time.
- Physical distancing measures must be observed while waiting for your assigned time.
- Masks are required to be worn.
The Winona campus flu shot clinic will be on October 20, 2022 from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. More information to follow on location and sign up.
