This Friday, June 23rd, portal access will be modified to read only starting at noon for both students and employees. This means, in the portal you will not be able to make changes to student data, however you will still have a read only view of the data as of that day.
Essential and time sensitive updates to student records will be made manually during this time to minimize dual entry into 2 systems. We ask that non-critical changes be made in our new system after it goes live on July 17th.
A few things to note:
- Students can still make payments. Payments made after 3pm on June 23rd, will not be reflected in the portal but will show up in the new portal on July 17th.
- You can still access and modify your payroll information. You can continue to submit hours worked, view payroll information, submit vacation requests and make other modifications in Greenshades.
- Canvas usage is separate and will not see any downtime.
