Orientation leaders are integral to the new student onboarding process. Here at Saint Mary’s, we hire 18 Orientation Leaders annually to lead orientation groups, assist with planning orientation and welcome weekend, and to be the face of the university!
In order to ensure accurate representation across campus, we are looking for faculty and staff suggestions for students we should “tap” to apply. These students should exhibit great leadership skills and have professional characteristics. Ideally, orientation leaders are well rounded students who are high achieving academically, and equally involved socially on campus.

Please note: By filling out the form above, you are simply recommending a student to the New Student Experience team. All recommended students will recieve communication from the NSE staff encouraging them to apply for the Orientation Leader position.
