As we have students from Florida, and many of us have friends and loved ones affected by Hurricane Ian, we invite you to join us in prayer:
Good and loving God,
We ask you to calm the storm that is threatening the people of Florida
To all those in danger grant peace, safety, and security,
as you did for the disciples on the sea of Galilee.
Open our hearts to generosity to all who are without resources
In all things, help us to remember your presence,
for you are with us in all the storms of life.
Bless each person affected by Hurricane Ian, and surround them with your love and protection.
