Friday at noon, our student and faculty portals will go dark. You will see a read-only view of the data as of the end of the day on June 23rd and changes to student data from the portal will not work.
Essential and time sensitive updates to student records will be made manually during this time to minimize dual entry into 2 systems. We ask that non-critical changes be made in our new system after it goes live on July 17th.
A few things to note:
- Canvas usage is separate and will not see any downtime.
- You can still access and modify your payroll information. You can continue to submit hours worked, view payroll information, submit vacation requests and make other modifications in Greenshades.
- Students can still make payments. Payments made after 3pm on June 23rd, will not be reflected in the portal but will show up in the new portal on July 17th.
