Heralding the Advent season, the Saint Mary’s University Concert Choir and Band invite you and your loved ones to the beautiful Chapel of Saint Mary of the Angels (1175 West Wabasha Street) for Lessons and Carols — a free, family-friendly program reflecting on the Christmas story through several short readings, hymns, and Christmas carols.
Under the direction of Zoraida Oyola-Rebaza, D.M.A., director of music programming, this year’s concert features familiar carols like “O Little Town of Bethlehem” and “We Three Kings,” and selections by composers such as Ludwig van Beethoven, Antonio Vivaldi, and John Henry Hopkins, Jr.
Join us on Dec. 3 at 7 p.m. for music and holiday cheer! Attendees are invited to gather for refreshments and a short social with performers in the great room immediately following the performance.
