As we continue to get back into having several events please make sure that if there are any changes to your event such as numbers, changes in setup, or canceling the event that you email ljohnson@smumn.edu. Event Services will update your Astra request and that reservation is what Maintenance uses to make sure the event is set up correctly, including the correct number of tables. This helps to make sure all events run smoothly!
