Pizza & Personality is an engaging, laid-back workshop where students enjoy pizza while exploring their unique strengths, motivations, and values through the IKIGAI personality quiz. Participants will identify what they love, what they’re good at, what the world needs, and what drives them—then discuss how these insights can shape their academic paths and future goals. It’s a fun, reflective session that blends self-discovery with a slice of community.
What is IKIGAI?
Ikigai is a Japanese concept roughly translating to “a reason for being” or “the reason you wake up in the morning”. It represents the intersection of four core pillars: what you love, what you are good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for. Finding this balance leads to a more fulfilling, meaningful, and joyful life. Learn more here!
Who can attend?
Anyone! Faculty, staff, and students are all welcome at this workshop. The content will be especially helpful to students who are undecided, or who are struggling to find purpose post college.
