We are entering our final month before we Go Dark. What does this mean? On June 23rd, we will stop using our current student and faculty portals and our CAMS SIS, and start the transition to our new Jenzabar system which will Go Live on July 17th. During this time, there will be limited functionality in the portals.
In general the portal will be available for READ ONLY access for students, faculty and staff and the data will be a snapshot from June 23rd with a few important exceptions in the financial area. Essential and time sensitive updates to student records will be made manually during this time to minimize dual entry into 2 systems. We ask that non critical changes be made in our new system after it goes live on July 17th.
