As the first faces of campus, orientation leaders are the representatives of Saint Mary’s and we want your opinion! Since you interact with these students daily, we are looking for your recommendations of students we should “shoulder tap” to apply for the orientation leader position.
To qualify to be an orientation leader, students must:
- Be a current sophomore, junior, or senior
- Have a GPA of 2.0 or higher
- Be available to work in person for June NSOR Dates
Please click here to submit names of students who you would recommend as an orientation leader.
Once you submit your recommendation, the New Student Experience staff will reach out to each of the recommended students to personally invite them to apply. As you are submitting names, please consider sharing your recommendation with the student and encourage them to apply.
The orientation leader application will open on Jan. 1, 2022, and the deadline to apply will be Feb. 4, 2021. The application will be submitted via handshake. Please click here to view the position description.
