Two new service teams are being established to provide shared administrative support for the president’s cabinet and for the provost’s leadership team. Both teams result from the reorganization of existing positions, including two vacancies. The new teams will provide more effective and efficient support services for these two leadership teams.
Christine Martin, director of administrative support services, will lead the service team supporting the president’s cabinet. Jen Potaracke, administrative assistant to the President, will join this team and a remaining vacancy will be filled. A search will begin for a new executive assistant to the president.
Barb Schmidtknecht, associate director of administrative support services, will lead the team supporting the provost’s leadership team while retaining her responsibilities as assistant to the provost. Betty Kube will join this team from the School of Education and a remaining vacancy will be filled.
