The Financial Aid Office is seeking a few more faculty and staff members who are willing to serve as SGPP Scholarship Committee members to review applications and make recipient decisions for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Applications for these scholarships will be blinded and a rubric for scoring will be provided to committee members. You can anticipate a maximum total of 2-5 hours for review-ranking and finalization meeting per committee member, depending upon the number of applications received.
Please email Joy Rockwell [jrockwel@smumn.edu] by Thurday, August 14th if you are interested in joining a committee, as well as if you have a preference of scholarship committee. Our hope is to have all scholarships reviewed and recipients selected no later than AUGUST 29th.
